Live teaching from me, a library that keeps growing, and a community of young people who are hungry for Jesus. You will know the Father's heart, get your own heart healed, find your gifts, and learn to lead from overflow instead of striving.
Tuition-based. Start the moment you enroll.
None of that means something is wrong with you. It means nobody ever sat with you long enough to show you how this actually works. That's what a discipleship school is for, and it's why I built one.
This isn't content to consume. It's formation, over time, with people walking it beside you. Give it a year and here's what changes:
I teach live in the community, and I announce each class there ahead of time so you know when it's coming. Come to class or catch the replay. Every teaching goes into the library, so there is always something waiting for you. No cohort to keep up with. Nothing to catch up on.
Rooted University is brand new, so these aren't students of the school yet. They're people who walked through this discipleship with me and came out different. This is the same formation the school is built on.
"Rooted changed my life. I felt lost when it came to developing the gifts in me, and I needed confidence with God and wanted to know the Holy Spirit in a powerful way. Now, I'm the college pastor at my church and operating in what I know God's called me in. I learned to be rooted in Him before making ministry my identity, and I'm a new person because of it."

"Before joining Rooted, I was in a rough spot spiritually and emotionally. I was dealing with the passing of my best friend and role model, and I felt lost. Rooted helped me through it by loving on me and supporting me. It showed me how much closer of a relationship you can have with Jesus, and it gave me a community of great people who love Him. If you're wondering whether you should do Rooted, I would definitely recommend it."

This can be your story a year from now.
Claim a founding spotI teach this school myself, live. You're not buying a library of courses from someone you'll never hear from. You're getting me.
I'm a worship artist, an author, and the founder of Rooted Collective, a nonprofit in the mountains of East Tennessee that exists to disciple young people into knowing God's heart. I host The Ashley Hepperly Podcast. I've spent years discipling young people face to face, around fires and kitchen tables, through the exact formation this school is built on.
I've watched God take people who felt lost, disqualified, or stuck and turn them into confident sons and daughters who lead from His heart. Rooted University is that same discipleship, opened up so you can walk through it from anywhere.
This school has been in my heart for almost twenty years. You'd be one of the very first people through it, and I don't take that lightly.
Guest worship leaders. Raw gatherings that go where they go. The kind of nights where you finally find your people. Coming in person is never required, and the year works fully online. But if you can get here, come.

This is for people who want a year of real formation, not another course collecting dust. Whatever rate you lock in, you keep for as long as you stay.
Not sure yet? Start monthly. You aren't committing to a year up front, and you'll know inside the first term whether this is yours. The founding rate is the same either way, so choosing monthly costs you nothing but the discount.
Why only ten? Because founding students aren't a number to me. You're the first people through something I've carried for twenty years, and I want to know every one of you by name.
On the fence? Don't talk yourself out of it alone.
Book a call with meThe moment you enroll. There's no cohort start date to miss and no group you're walking in behind. Dig into the library whenever you want, and come to the next live class when I announce it.
There's no fixed schedule. I announce each live class in the community ahead of time, so watch there and check Events. Every class is recorded either way, so you can catch the replay whenever it works for you.
Plan on a few hours. Teaching you can watch on your own schedule, plus time to actually practice what you are learning, which is where the change happens.
You can't, really. There's nothing to fall behind. Miss a live class and the replay goes in the library. Everything stays available to you for as long as you're enrolled.
As long as you're growing. There's no end date being forced on you and nothing that expires. If you stay for years, your founding rate stays exactly where it started. That's what locked for life means. It's your rate, not a contract.
No. The gatherings are a bonus, not a requirement. The whole year works online.
Yes. It's designed for young people, but if you read this page and thought that's exactly what I need, you belong here.
No. There's real biblical depth here and you'll come out knowing your Bible better. But this is about walking with God, not writing papers about Him.
Good. Most people haven't. You don't need any background, just hunger.
That pull you feel is not you making something up. It's an invitation. A year from now you can be someone who hears God, knows what you carry, and walks in His power, or you can still be wondering. Come get rooted.
